• Generate project reports and distribute them to project stakeholders.
• Develop report formats, dashboards and presentations required by the project.
• Plan and coordinate with stakeholders to meet project reporting objectives.
• Review consultant and contractor reports and give constructive comments to improve quality.
• Maintain the Project Management Information System used for report generation.
• Control document numbering, filing and revisions across the project.
• Support departmental leaders with information needed to update partners.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Management Systems or Monitoring and Evaluation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting and documentation management.
• Experience in project organisations or oil and gas engineering development is preferred.
• Have used and maintained a document management system.
• Working knowledge of electronic document management systems.

Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access, plus Adobe Acrobat Pro and Power BI.
• Excellent writing of technical documents, specifications and presentations.
• Report generation and statistics.
• Ability to interface with all levels of staff, management and external stakeholders.
