Description (Public)
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews and analyze policy documents
- Support evidence gathering and prepare briefing materials
- Assist with global development research connected to climate, energy, sustainability, and development priorities
- Organize data, perform trend analysis, and support data visualization
- Monitor project indicators and prepare analytical summaries
- Contribute to projects linked to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), climate action, clean energy, poverty reduction, and inclusive development
- Support AI and innovation research including generative AI, agentic AI systems, and digital transformation
- Collaborate with multicultural international teams across multiple regions
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Currently enrolled in a graduate programme, in the final year of a bachelor's degree, or a recent graduate
- Fields of study: Economics, Public Policy, International Relations, Environmental Studies, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Sustainable Development
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong research and analytical thinking abilities
- Report writing skills and attention to detail
- Communication skills and ability to work independently in remote environments
- Knowledge of Excel, data visualization, research software, AI tools, and statistical methods
- Interest in global development, sustainability, and climate action
