Job Title: Relationship Manager - Agri Business & Green Finance
Organisation: Pride Microfinance Limited (MDI)
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
The Relationship Manager – Agri Business & Green Finance will report to the Manager Agribusiness & Green Finance and will be based at Head office.
Main purpose of the job:- He/ she will be responsible for supporting the Agribusiness unit and branches, develop and effectively manage customer and other stakeholder relationships, and growing the Portfolio to achieve the set targets.

How to Apply
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain profitable relationships with key agribusiness clients and partnerships and ensure that services delivered meet customer and stakeholder
Assess credit requests, in line with the bank’s credit standards, policies, procedures and practices and recommend action to the credit department and
Implement sales programs as necessary to grow the Agribusiness portfolio in line with the set
Carry out sales visits to existing & potential Agribusiness customers and identify sales leads and follow up to deal
Maintain high standard of customer service that ensures queries and/or complaints are handled promptly with due care
Prepare agribusiness and green finance reports for internal and external Partners

Qualifications:
A degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness Management, or any relevant
Training in Good Agricultural Practices and Agribusiness growth in the financial services
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Banking 2 of which in agribusiness relationship management role in a similar
Should be team player, ability to work under pressure and in position to exercise excellent
He/she should not be more than 40 years of
