Regional Stock Controller

• Drive 100% cycle count at all stocking points
• Coordinate with Territory Business Executives to ensure all consignments to/from ECs are closed within three days
• Monitor the progress of each consignment and address outstanding issues
• Verify that all stock has been properly distributed to respective ECs
• Take necessary actions to clear remaining stock in the virtual warehouse
• Update reporting for red sales agents, quarantined units, and redistribution requests
• Analyse stock reports including aging and optimization for ECs being visited
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for variances or discrepancies
• Review EC infrastructure mapping and redistribute aged stocks to higher-velocity ECs
• Compile visit reports summarising findings and actions taken

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Inventory Management, Store Keeping, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory and logistics
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
