Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive 100% cycle count at all stocking points
- Coordinate with Territory Business Executives to ensure all consignments to/from ECs are closed within three days
- Monitor the progress of each consignment and address outstanding issues
- Verify that all stock has been properly distributed to respective ECs
- Take necessary actions to clear remaining stock in the virtual warehouse
- Update reporting for red sales agents, quarantined units, and redistribution requests
- Analyse stock reports including aging and optimization for ECs being visited
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for variances or discrepancies
- Review EC infrastructure mapping and redistribute aged stocks to higher-velocity ECs
- Compile visit reports summarising findings and actions taken
