Recruiter Intern

Rendalli Limited is offering a Recruiter internship in Jinja, Uganda. The intern will support the HR team with talent sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination, gaining hands-on experience in human resources and people management within a growing organisation.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in posting job adverts across relevant platforms and sourcing candidates.
Screen CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records accurately.
Support onboarding activities for newly hired staff.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and HR documentation.
Provide general HR and administrative support to the team.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

A degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or ongoing).
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Passionate about people and human resources.
Self-driven with a strong willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
