Mogo Finance is hiring a Receptionist in Nairobi to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees, ensuring a professional and efficient reception experience.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, employees and other stakeholders
Ensure a professional, welcoming and efficient reception experience
Manage telephone systems, visitor registers and office administration tools
Support front-office operations, customer service and administrative tasks

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Certificate in Front Office Operations, Business Administration, Customer Service, Secretarial Studies or a related field
One to two years of experience in reception, front-office operations, customer service or administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience with telephone systems, visitor registers and office administration tools is an added advantage
Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems
Fluent in English and Swahili, both verbally and in writing
