Receptionist

Job Description: The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing a warm welcome and handling front desk duties with professionalism. Your role is key in shaping the guest experience.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Greet and check-in guests professionally and efficiently
Handle bookings, payments, and guest inquiries
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Manage phone calls, emails, and general information
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
At least 3 years’ front desk or customer service experience
Hotel reception experience is a strong advantage
