• Manage the costs and financial aspects of construction projects.
• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, budgets and tender documents.
• Carry out valuations and monitor project expenditure.
• Carry out any other related task assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must be 25 years of age or below at the time of application.
• Curriculum vitae, diploma or degree and transcript required.
• Advanced diploma, bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• No criminal record, and not blacklisted or dismissed from public service.

Skills & Competencies:

• Cost estimating and BOQ preparation.
• Budget monitoring.
• Construction contract knowledge.
