Purpose of the Role
The Quality Controller will ensure that all raw materials, in-process production stages and finished dairy products meet the required quality, safety and specification standards. They will monitor and maintain the implementation of the quality management system, assist in laboratory and process checks, and ensure that only safe and compliant products are released to the market.
