Job Description
Kampala Pharmaceutical Industries is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Graduate Trainees to join its Quality Assurance Department. This role offers fresh graduates hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical quality systems, GMP compliance, and regulatory processes in a world-class manufacturing environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Assist in monitoring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal SOPs.
- Participate in batch record review and documentation control processes.
- Support deviation investigations, CAPA actions, and change control activities.
- Assist in internal audits, self-inspections, and regulatory inspections.
- Help maintain training records and support GMP training programs.
- Participate in validation, qualification, and stability study activities.
- Ensure proper filing, archiving, and control of QA documentation.
