A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in solar energy, ICT, or security systems.
Strong understanding of solar PV systems, ICT infrastructure, and security systems.
Excellent team leadership and coordination skills.
Ability to assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Knowledge of local and international regulations governing solar installations and ICT solutions.
