Safely drive project staff, visitors, and partners to and from project locations.

Ensure timely and efficient transport services for all official project activities, including meetings, field visits, and events.

Transport project materials and equipment as required, ensuring safety and security during transit.

Assist in loading and unloading of equipment and supplies.

Perform daily vehicle checks, including fuel, oil, water, tire pressure, and battery levels, and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.

Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle, both interior and exterior.
Report any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor and ensure timely servicing of the vehicle.

Maintain accurate vehicle logs, including fuel consumption, mileage, and service records.

Comply with all local traffic regulations and safety standards.

Ensure the safety of passengers and vehicle by practicing defensive driving techniques.

Take appropriate action in case of an accident or vehicle breakdown, including notifying the supervisor and following emergency procedures.

Safeguard the vehicle and project assets while in transit and during parking.

Assist in the preparation and logistics of field activities, such as loading and offloading materials, setting up equipment, and other support duties as required.

Provide support in coordinating transportation schedules for field teams and other stakeholders.
Run official errands as assigned by the supervisor, such as purchasing project supplies or delivering documents.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle logbooks, trip reports, and fuel records.

Submit regular reports on vehicle condition, trip status, and fuel usage to the supervisor.

Assist in maintaining an inventory of project materials and supplies transported by the vehicle.
