Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct project design review meetings with partner villages and provide feedback for updates.
- Coordinate and co-facilitate training in financial literacy, WASH, VSLA, agriculture, and livestock management.
- Implement RTV’s project methodologies to reduce extreme poverty as per project designs.
- Manage procurement requests for project goods and services and verify inputs prior to distribution.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with community groups and individual households to ensure project compliance.
- Identify potential risks and provide mitigation recommendations to management.
- Develop work plans and complete weekly field and financial reporting.
- Capture and share photographs for the organization's data repository.
- Provide feedback to improve RTV’s methodologies and ensure project sustainability.
