IRC is seeking two Program Development and Awards Advisors for the West and Central Africa region, supporting proposal development, award management and donor compliance for country programmes.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and support proposal development for the West and Central Africa region.
Coordinate award management, donor reporting and compliance.
Work with country programmes on funding strategy and donor engagement.
Ensure quality proposals aligned to IRC programme standards and donor requirements.
Support grant start-up, amendments and close-out processes.
Build the capacity of country teams in grants and business development.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in international development, humanitarian action or a related field.
Significant experience in proposal development and award management in West and Central Africa.

Skills & Competencies:

Donor knowledge and compliance.
Strong writing and proposal coordination.
Cross-country team collaboration and capacity building.
