Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate training courses in your area of professional expertise.
- Prepare session plans, materials and practical case studies.
- Assess participants and provide feedback on their performance.
- Adapt content to banking and microfinance sector practice.
- Maintain professional standards in facilitation and learner support.
- Contribute to curriculum review and improvement.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least a Master's degree in Management, Finance, Accounting or another relevant field.
- Certified Microfinance Professional (CMP) is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the banking and/or microfinance sector.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in the relevant training area.
