Job Title: Production Supervisor

Purpose of the Role
The Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations on the shop floor, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. The role involves supervising production personnel, coordinating with maintenance and engineering for equipment uptime, implementing operating procedures, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement in the battery manufacturing environment.
