Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Motivate, guide, and support production staff
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Communicate regularly with upper management regarding production issues
Evaluate machine resources to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime
Set productivity goals and establish cost-effective practices
Develop and implement workflow policies that enhance efficiency and safety
Schedule production staff adequately to meet targets
Balance increased productivity with reduced manufacturing costs
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Must be male, between the ages of 35 to 45 years
A technical degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in a similar production management role
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High problem-solving ability with strong analytical and multitasking skills
Strong interpersonal skills; approachable and intuitive with people
High integrity and a results-driven attitude
Ability to work long hours, stand for extended periods, and manage high-pressure environments
Familiarity with software systems and fluent in English and local Ghanaian languages
