Kazire Health Products Ltd is recruiting Production Data Assistants to record, reconcile and report daily production data from its manufacturing operations.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Record and update daily production data accurately.
Capture raw material consumption, production output, finished goods quantities and production yields.
Reconcile production records against actual physical quantities.
Monitor production wastage, variances and material utilisation.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
Verify production figures and identify inconsistencies for follow-up.
Work closely with Production Supervisors, Inventory Officers, Finance and Quality Assurance teams.
Ensure timely and accurate entry of production information into the company ERP system.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or degree in statistics, records management, business or a related field.
Experience in data capture or production records is an advantage.
Comfortable working with ERP systems and spreadsheets.

Skills & Competencies:

Detail orientation and accuracy.
Data entry and reporting.
Teamwork across departments.
