Job Description
Job Title: Production Clerk (Fresher Jobs)
Organisation: Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA)
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda/ CCBU is a subsidiary of CCBA, and we are currently seeking to recruit a Production Clerk at the Rwenzori Plant in Kampala. As a Production Clerk, you will report directly to the Manufacturing Manager
Key Purpose Statement:
The primary role of the Production Clerk is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials according to the production schedule as well as production process optimization.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Production planning, scheduling and coordination to ensure production efficiency.
Monitor production costs and ensure they stay within the predetermined limits.
Monitor and activate Digital Tax stamp.
Manage, monitor and control packaging materials and finished products
Prepare and conduct materials stock count.
Monitor packaging material performance through stock reconciliation to ensure zero variance.
Update packaging production reports on production KPI’s as well as monitor key metrics.
Ensure accurate timely MSD updates.
Drive maturity of the system through Supply Chain Ways work practices.
Adhere to the food safety (FSSC) requirements and Quality standards at all levels (local, international and CCBU policy). Report any works or anyone that compromises quality and food safety on site.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Procurement and any other related field.
Experience:
Minimum requirement: At least 2 years working experience in planning role within an FMCG environment.
Prior Microsoft Systems Dynamics Experience is preferred
