Procurement Officer

• Manage procurement of supplies and services for the hotel
• Source and evaluate suppliers and negotiate pricing
• Ensure timely delivery of quality products
• Maintain procurement records and documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
• 3-4 years procurement experience, preferably in hospitality sector
• CIPS, CPA or ACCA partial qualification is an added advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
