• Lead the Nature and Environment team to deliver its project portfolio to the highest standards of quality and impact.
• Set a clear vision and provide thought leadership across nature based solutions, biodiversity conservation and sustainable land use.
• Deliver technical assistance on natural resource governance, climate and conservation finance and water security.
• Build OPM's footprint in strategic geographies and develop new business in the nature and environment sector.
• Manage a multi disciplinary global team of early career and experienced staff.
• Assure quality of technical outputs and project delivery across the climate, nature and energy portfolio.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Advanced degree in environmental science, natural resource management, climate policy or a related discipline.
• Substantial senior level experience in the nature and environment sector within a consultancy or development organisation.
• Proven track record winning and delivering large technical assistance programmes for donors, governments or foundations.
