• Understand project specifications and develop time schedules and budgets that meet them.
• Negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices.
• Observe existing processes, analyse staff performance and address deficiencies.
• Monitor and track project progress and write up reports.
• Attend and schedule meetings as required and delegate tasks with feedback.
• Understand and meet all contract requirements and communicate with managers and supervisors.
• Analyse technical drawings and provide material and cost estimates.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project or similar.
• Update schedules to reflect changes in scope, resources or deadlines.
• Forecast timelines, identify risks and propose corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards and S-curves for stakeholders.
• Optimise resource allocation and track productivity.
• Support claims, variations and contractual requirements with schedule data.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Engineering or a similar field.
• Experience with 3D modelling software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Planning and project management skills.
• A sound understanding of safety protocols.

• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Analytical, critical and logical thinking.
• Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Schedule development in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
