JimCab Services Ltd is hiring a Passenger Vehicle Driver to safely transport corporate clients, maintain fleet vehicles, and provide excellent passenger service, across transport operations in Nairobi. The position is based in Nairobi.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Safely operating company fleet vehicles to transport corporate and private clients.
Conducting routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections and maintenance checks.
Ensuring client comfort, safety, and punctual arrival at designated destinations.
Maintaining accurate trip logs, fuel consumption records, and passenger receipts.
Strictly adhering to national traffic laws, speed limits, and road safety regulations.
Keeping assigned vehicles clean, hygienic, and properly serviced at all times.
Assisting passengers with luggage loading and unloading in a professional manner.
Reporting any mechanical defects, accidents, or traffic incidents immediately to management.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Kenyan Driving License with endorsement classes D1, B1, B2, or B3 (D2/D3 is an added advantage).
Valid Public Service Vehicle (PSV) Badge issued by NTSA.
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.
Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or equivalent secondary certificate.
At least two (2) years of professional driving experience, preferably in corporate transport.

Skills & Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of Nairobi roads, suburbs, bypasses, and airport terminal routes.
Exceptional customer service skills and polite interpersonal conduct.
High level of personal integrity, reliability, and punctuality.
Basic vehicle mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with digital navigation applications and ride-hailing tools.
