• Collect accurate data in the field at baseline, midline and end line as designed by the M&E team.
• Conduct business and BSG spot-checks as allocated by the M&E team.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on key findings and challenges encountered in the field.
• Share best practices seen in the field for program improvement.
• Upload data immediately and double-check and synchronise all collected data daily.
• Enter accurate and reliable information into the project data systems.
• Attend all trainings required by the M&E team.
• Act as community liaison, representing the organisation professionally with participants and local officials.
• Sensitise participants on safeguarding risks and report any safeguarding incidents.
• Translate survey content from English into the local language where needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of a Diploma in any discipline with prior experience or exposure in research disciplines.
• Understanding of the elements of data quality.
• Ability to accurately operate mobile data collection technology.
• Must be a resident of the duty area, including host and refugee camp areas where applicable.
