Description (Public)
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Sell one-stop shop items including day-old-chicks and poultry feed
- Manage one-stop shop inventory levels and plan for future sales demand
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries and complaints
- Provide technical support to customers, farmers and the DOC Sales team
- Confirm cashless payments and issue invoices
- Reconcile collections against daily sales and generate reports
- Prepare and submit daily sales summaries
- Maintain and update DOCs customer databases
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- National Diploma in Animal Production and Management or Animal Health
- Minimum 2 years' work experience in a customer technical support role
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel for business analysis
- Customer service and technical support skills
- Sales and inventory management capabilities
