How to Apply
Fleet Tracking Management and System Performance
Operate the fleet tracking management system, including monitoring system performance.
Reporting and Data Management
Generate daily reports (morning and evening) on fleet performance and usage at the site.
Generate monthly timesheets for flaggers and the OTC team to facilitate the billing process in Accounts.
Communication and Issue Management
Communicate by email to the internal traffic controllers on any issues faced by the OTC patrol vehicles, OTC team, and flaggers.
Provide solutions to and escalate immediately any issues raised by the Traffic controllers manning the various site roads and follow up.
Site and Route Management
Ensure flaggers and traffic controllers are on duty at the relevant places/routes.
Regularly, with the OTC team, review patrol vehicle routes and advise on necessary changes, if any.
Share mappings of specific locations for flaggers and patrol vehicle routes.
Safety and Compliance
Upload any operational anomalies onto the MySafety App.
Attend all toolbox meetings, PTV meetings, and any other onsite meetings as organized by TEPU
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or the related.
Experience
Experience in Fleet Management systems.
Experience of a minimum of 5 years in a busy environment preferably in The Logistics / Transport and Oil and Gas sector.
Core Competencies & Knowledge
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
A team player with a problem-solving attitude.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, network hardware and communication systems.
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewalls, routers, and switches.
Valid driving license and defensive driving certificate
