Job Description
Oversee the day-to-day operations of Metra Innovations and Ariela Deliveries, coordinating logistics and administration.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily operations of Metra Innovations and its business ventures.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Ariela Deliveries, including order management, dispatch coordination, customer support, and rider performance.
- Coordinate procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor operational performance and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance updates.
- Coordinate project implementation and stakeholder engagements.
- Support proposal development, business growth, and partnership management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.
