• Plan and execute daily production according to stock needs.
• Ensure proper weighing, mixing, drying, milling and packing.
• Maintain cleanliness, GMP and basic food safety standards.
• Maintain accurate stock of raw materials and finished goods and do daily reconciliation.
• Issue finished goods to the field team and conduct weekly physical stock counts.
• Set daily sales targets for the field distribution team and assign routes.
• Ensure every seller deposits cash daily and shares the deposit slip.
• Handle key accounts in supermarkets, pharmacies and baby shops in Kampala.
• Run WhatsApp Business, Facebook and TikTok marketing with 3 to 4 posts a week.
• Enter transactions in ERP or Excel, manage petty cash and support URA compliance.
• Keep staff attendance and leave records, recruit and train field sellers, and handle office administration.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years in FMCG sales, a small food business, or managing field sales agents.

Skills & Competencies:

• Inventory and cash reconciliation discipline.
• Sales drive and team supervision.
• ERP or Excel bookkeeping.
• Content creation for WhatsApp and social media.
