Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors warmly and guide them to the right person or queue.
- Keep reception and client waiting areas clean, tidy and organised throughout the day.
- Clean the branch daily, including offices, client areas, kitchens and bathrooms.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste safely and responsibly.
- Check and replenish cleaning and bathroom supplies.
- Keep outdoor areas around the branch neat and presentable.
- Report maintenance or repair needs to the Branch Manager.
- Coordinate courier and messenger services and run work-related errands.
- File and organise office documents and supplies.
- Support other branch tasks including basic administration during busy periods.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Senior or Secondary School Certificate.
- Comfortable following set processes and systems accurately.
- Able to carry out the practical cleaning, lifting and movement the role requires.
Skills & Competencies:
- Reliability.
