Job Title: Office Assistant (Fresher O’ Level NGO Jobs)

Duty Station: Mayuge, Uganda
The Office Assistant will ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and the proper maintenance of the office premises. This role also includes preparing refreshments for staff and ensuring a clean, hygienic, and conducive work environment.

How to Apply
Office Cleaning and Maintenance:
Mop office floors, clean toilets, and maintain general office cleanliness.
Dust windows, ventilators, and doors regularly and remove cobwebs from ceilings.
Ensure litter is promptly removed from the office area.
Maintain tidiness and orderliness of office spaces and common areas.
Refreshments Preparation:
Prepare and serve breakfast for staff from Monday to Friday.
Inventory Management:
Maintain an inventory of office utensils, ensure proper usage, and report damages.
Notify supervisors of cleaning materials and supplies needed for purchase.
Education: Minimum O-Level certificate.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is required.
Skills: Proficiency in English, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
