Description (Public)
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, setup, and supervision of outreach sites, ensuring smooth process flow and operational efficiency
- Manage and coordinate all activities at treatment outreaches to guarantee effective service delivery
- Establish and maintain connections with traders to support Cash-Based Transfer (CBT) operations
- Generate comprehensive site reports after reconciliation with WFP-IDM and the financial service provider
- Coordinate the delivery of specialized nutritious food and ensure full accountability in handling and distribution
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Community Nutrition, Social Work, or any relevant field
- At least 1 year of proven experience in community-based food assistance, nutrition programming, or related programme implementation
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in English is required
- Knowledge of any local Karamojong dialect is strongly preferred
