Participate in all training sessions.
Enter the questionnaires on the personal computer device.
Treat respondents with malaria as diagnosed by the Laboratory Technicians.
Pay attention to and provide emotional and psychosocial support to the people in the household.
Maintains close contact with respondents.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Should have participated in socio-economic survey data collection exercises for at least two years.
At least 2 years’ experience, with evidence as an enrolled nurse.
Good computer knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Must be available exclusively for the UMIS activity.
Qualifications:
A Certificate in Enrol1ed Nursing /Comprehensive Nursing from a recognized institution.
Uganda Advanced Certificate Education (UACE)
Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least a Credit in Maths and English
Written and oral fluency in at least one of these local languages: Ateso, Luganda, Lugbara, Luo, Ngakarimojong, Runyankole, Rukiga, Runyoro,Rutoro, Lusoga, Lumasaaba, Rukonjo.
Prior use of computers or other digital devices for data collection is an added advantage.
