Kampala Pharmaceutical Industries is seeking skilled and innovative New Product Development Officers to join its Research & Development (R&D) team. The successful candidates will play a key role in identifying, developing, and launching new pharmaceutical products in line with regulatory requirements and market needs.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Participate in the development and formulation of new pharmaceutical products.
Conduct feasibility studies and product profiling based on market and regulatory requirements.
Support scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot and commercial production.
Prepare and review product development protocols and technical documentation.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Production, and Regulatory Affairs teams during product development and launch.
Conduct stability studies and assist in method development and validation.
Monitor timelines and ensure NPD projects are delivered within agreed schedules.
Participate in technology transfer and process optimization initiatives.
Support post-launch improvements and lifecycle management of products.
