MTN Uganda is recruiting for its Global Graduate Development Programme 2027 (Uganda FinTech stream), a rotational graduate programme offering practical skills, industry knowledge, mentorship and an accelerated career path across MTN's operations.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Gain practical skills and industry knowledge through a structured rotational graduate programme (Participate in the 12-24 month rotational Global Graduate Programme across MTN's operations)
Complete rotations across relevant business functions, working alongside leading experts in MTN's fast-paced technology and fintech industry
Take part in world-class training, mentorship and coaching opportunities
Contribute to live business projects and digital innovation initiatives
Build the foundation for an accelerated career path within MTN

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Must have a degree in Actuarial Science, Business & Management Studies, Computer Science, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Marketing, Quantitative Management, Statistics, or Data Science
Must be aged between 22 and 27 years old
Must have a CGPA of at least 3.60
Must complete the degree on or before 31 December 2026
Must have not more than 24 months of work experience
Must be from the target country where MTN operates (Uganda)
