Monitoring, Evaluation & Research Officer

• Design and implement UTB’s Monitoring and Evaluation framework.
• Develop and review M&E tools, indicators, and data collection systems.
• Coordinate data collection, validation, and analysis processes.
• Conduct tourism-related research studies and surveys.
• Prepare analytical reports and performance dashboards.
• Support evidence-based planning and decision-making.
• Monitor project implementation and assess impact against set objectives.
• Provide technical support and training on M&E tools and methodologies.
• Manage knowledge documentation and research dissemination.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and timelines.

• Minimum qualifications is a Bachelor’s Degree in statistics or Economics or Developmental Economics.
• Desired additional qualifications are post graduate diploma and/or Master’s degree in M&E. Economics or Statistics.
• Knowledge of M&E frameworks and abiity to design data collection tools
• Report writing and data visualisation skills
• Three years experience in Research Projects. Monitoring & Evaluation and Data collection & analysis in a reputable organization
