Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature drinks, mocktails and other beverages.
- Develop creative cocktail recipes and maintain high presentation standards.
- Provide excellent guest service and recommend beverages.
- Monitor bar stock, control portions and minimise wastage.
- Promote beverage sales through upselling and product knowledge.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food and Beverage Service or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mixologist or Bartender, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails and mixology techniques.
- Good knowledge of stock control and hygiene standards.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Creativity in drink development.
- Speed and consistency during service.
