How to Apply
Responsibilities:
Supervise the receipt, storage, and inventory of raw materials.
Verify raw materials against BOM and ensure accurate quantities are prepared for mixing.
Monitor and record batch details for traceability.
Oversee the mixing process to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
Ensure proper blending of raw materials, additives, and pigments to meet production requirements and
Conduct visual and physical checks to ensure uniformity and quality of the mixed materials.
Coordinate with the machine operators to ensure timely transfer of mixed materials to production lines.
Enforce safety measures and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all operations.
Maintain accurate records of raw material usage, batches, and wastage.
Prepare daily and periodic reports on mixing operations, inventory levels, and team performance.
Collaborate with other departments to implement process improvements
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in materials management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in raw material mixing or similar roles, preferably in the plastics industry.
Skills & Professional Attributes Required:
Familiarity with plastic materials, masterbatches, pigments, and additives.
Understanding of mixing equipment and machine feeding processes.
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities.
Ability to follow BOMs and quality specifications meticulously.
Capable of troubleshooting material or process issues effectively.
