How to Apply
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues with machinery, ensuring quick and effective solutions to minimize production disruptions.
Assist in the installation of new equipment, ensuring proper setup and alignment for efficient operation.
Monitor and inspect machinery to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control protocols.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and any modifications made to equipment.
Work closely with the production team to understand and address mechanical needs and improvements.
Provide guidance and training to junior technicians and production staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Oral Care or related industry.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
