Marketing Officer - Recruitment and HR Outsourcing

The Marketing Officer drives client acquisition and business growth by identifying new business opportunities and securing clients for Career Options Africa Group's recruitment and HR outsourcing services in Rwanda.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Identify, prospect and acquire new corporate clients for recruitment and HR outsourcing services
Carry out market research to identify emerging opportunities, target markets and prospective clients
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking and other channels
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and convert leads into business
Organise client meetings, understand needs and present suitable recruitment and HR solutions
Prepare and follow up proposals, quotations and tenders
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility
Prepare regular reports and maintain an updated prospect and client database

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of three years of experience in marketing and business development, B2B sales, client acquisition or a similar role
Experience selling professional services, recruitment, HR outsourcing or payroll is an added advantage
Excellent prospecting, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written and verbal communication
Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work independently
