Job Description
The Marketing Officer will play a key role in driving the hospital’s marketing activities, collaborating with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and patient acquisition. This role includes managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, overseeing experiential marketing initiatives, and maintaining public relations efforts. The Marketing Officer will also be responsible for content creation, supporting business development, and analyzing market trends. The position requires excellent communication and project management skills, along with the ability to execute marketing strategies aligned with the hospital's goals.

How to Apply
Support and plan marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, and service uptake.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (social media, website content, email marketing).
Plan and oversee experiential marketing initiatives, activations, and community engagement programs.
Develop and maintain public relations efforts, ensuring positive brand positioning in the market.
Collect, analyze, and collaborate with other departments to implement improvements based on feedback.
Create compelling content for marketing materials, social media, and hospital publications.
Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives and partnerships.
Generate regular reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and other relevant metrics.
Organize and provide training sessions to enhance brand awareness and service delivery.
Analyze market trends, patient feedback, and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts.
Ensure all marketing efforts comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
At least two (2) years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies.

Ability to develop and execute business development initiatives.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
