Marketing Officer

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and follow up consistently to convert leads into business.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and tenders to secure new business
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports and maintain an updated database of prospects, leads, client interactions, and conversions

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and business development, B2B sales, client acquisition, or a similar role.
• Experience selling professional services, recruitment, HR outsourcing, payroll, or other business solutions will be an added advantage.
• The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and competencies.
• Excellent prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
