Marketing Manager

• Lead digital marketing strategy across all channels and platforms
• Design and publish engaging social media content
• Write blogs and other content for the website and marketing channels
• Create AI-generated video content and support brand video production
• Photograph and shoot product videos, record and edit customer testimonial videos
• Plan and run TikTok marketing activities including video, voice over and streaming
• Support the design team in updating website content
• Create and manage paid social media advertisements, tracking leads, expenditure and revenue
• Plan, manage and report on social media campaigns in line with agreed timelines

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably digital and social media
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Proven skills in content creation, photography and video production

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent knowledge of video editing, voice over and live streaming
• Strong grasp of AI tools for content and creative production
• Creative, hands-on and able to coordinate video, photography and design work
• Team player able to work to deadlines and join immediately
