Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Marine, Naval or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in vessel construction, rehabilitation or maintenance.
- Professional registration.
Skills & Competencies:
- Vessel condition assessment.
- Machinery specification.
