Job Title: Manager - ICT & E-Business Services
Organisation: Pride Microfinance Limited (MDI)
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
The Manager ICT & E Business Services will report to the Manager ICT Operations.
Main Purpose of the job: He /She will be responsible for designing and developing electronic channels solutions and system reports, implement and provide system technical support to end users of the Systems. The role is also responsible for conducting the Installation and Administration of Electronic Channels System in line with Bank Policies, IT Strategies and user/management requirements.

How to Apply
Responsibilities:
Analyse and build new practices that differentiate, complement and augment the Bank’s existing offerings in shared Infrastructure and systems
Carry out functions of the department including administrative, budgeting, budget control and writing periodic reports in line with policy guidelines and
Carry out staff performance appraisal in accordance with ICT strategy and Human Resource
Co-ordinate Implementation of system upgrades, review and update software user guide and technical manuals with the changes or updates in the programs or systems in line with departmental policies and Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Design, develop and review system report templates in line with the Department and Bank Policies and business needs
Plan, document, co-ordinate implementations of Multi Channels systems in line with Bank policies, Business needs, project methodologies
Plan, review and organize for the Disaster recovery testing of all MIS systems in line with the Business Technology and Bank’s requirements/policies.
Provide technical guidance to staff and review compliance with departmental procedures in line with the Bank’s ICT policy and departmental operating
Supervise Database administration in line with installation guidelines and performance monitoring
Supervise Installation, Administration, Monitoring and Performance Tuning of System.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related
6 years’ experience in IT Operations
Demonstrate ability to link and apply complex technologies to business strategies and high proficiency in information and Communication
Strong understanding of banking operations, Fintech and product development
Strong skills in Agile Project Management and project execution is an added advantage
Familiarity with financial services industry
Strong understanding and experience in digital banking
ICT Security Knowledge will be of added Advantage.
