Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Purpose of the Role
The Maintenance Manager will lead the maintenance department, ensuring that all machinery, equipment, utilities and plant infrastructure at UBL are reliably maintained, safe, efficient and aligned with production and business objectives. This role ensures minimal downtime, optimal asset performance, and cost‑effective maintenance strategies while supporting manufacturing operations and company growth.
