Maintenance Graduate Trainee, Regen OrganicsNew!

• Support scheduled preventive maintenance, routine inspections and maintenance checklists.
• Assist with breakdown response and fault diagnosis across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Participate in root cause analysis and follow up corrective and preventive actions to reduce repeat failures and downtime.
• Support maintenance planning, work-order tracking, equipment records, breakdown logs and performance reporting.
• Assist with spare parts and consumables monitoring, stock reconciliation and purchase requisitions.
• Support contractors, equipment repairs, installations, commissioning and improvement projects.
• Work with production teams to coordinate maintenance and minimise operational disruption.
• Follow all HSE requirements including safe work practices, PPE, LOTO and permit-to-work procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering or a related discipline.
• Recent graduate seeking practical exposure in industrial or factory maintenance.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, engineering principles and industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, engineering drawings and technical documentation is an advantage.
