Lafab Solutions is looking for a Maids Officer to run its Domestic Workers Placement service in Ntinda, Kampala, handling client acquisition, worker sourcing and vetting, placements, agent management and the profitability of the service.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to grow the maids service and increase successful placements.
Identify, prospect and acquire clients through marketing, calls, WhatsApp, referrals and partnerships.
Convert enquiries into paying customers through follow-up and sales.
Maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified and available domestic workers.
Screen, vet and place domestic workers with suitable clients.
Manage agents and the field team to service standards.
Monitor sales performance and act to meet business targets.
Keep placement records, contracts and customer feedback up to date.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or degree in business, human resources, social sciences or a related field.
Experience in recruitment, placement, sales or operations management.
Experience managing a small business unit or service line is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Business development and client acquisition.
Recruitment, screening and vetting of workers.
Operations and team management.
Customer service and relationship building.
Record keeping and performance reporting.
