• Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch and distribution of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements and storage conditions to keep stock accurate and optimal.
• Coordinate physical stock counts, inventory reconciliations and investigation of stock variances.
• Ensure warehouse safety, security and compliance with established procedures.
• Coordinate logistics, fleet operations and timely delivery of goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures that minimise losses, theft, wastage and inefficiency.
• Monitor inventory expiry dates where applicable and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Prepare operational reports, manage departmental budgets and support inventory management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Professional qualifications such as CIPS, CPA or ACCA are an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics and stock reconciliation.
