Position Overview:
Great Lakes Collection is looking for a passionate and experienced Lodge Manager to lead the operations of our upcountry safari lodge. This is a hands-on role ideal for a dynamic hospitality professional committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day lodge operations.

How to Apply
Oversee all aspects of daily lodge operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
Lead, mentor, and manage department heads to ensure high performance and service excellence.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Manage lodge budgets, control operational costs, and drive profitability.
Enforce compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
Foster a culture of sustainability, quality service, and continuous improvement.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in lodge or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
A passion for guest service and sustainable tourism.
Proficiency in reservation systems and basic accounting/financial reporting.
Willingness to live and work in a remote safari location.
