Description (Public)
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing loan applications and evaluating the creditworthiness of clients.
- Promoting Umoja Microfinance products and services to potential customers.
- Monitoring loan repayments and maintaining client relationships.
- Performing field visits to assess business viability in various parts of Uganda.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Person Specifications / Qualifications:
- Should have a minimum of bachelors / diploma level.
- Should have passed English and Math with a credit in both.
- Should have at least 2 Principle passes in the UACE Exams.
- Must be 30 years below.
- Should be flexible and willing to work in all parts of Uganda.
